Fighting for Justice. Driven by Compassion.
My passion has always been helping people—which is why I pursued a career in law. I view the practice of law as a powerful opportunity to support individuals during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. My mission is to remedy injustices in our communities and help people move forward with dignity and strength.
I grew up in the Dallas, Texas area, where my parents’ strong work ethic and emphasis on passion-driven pursuits shaped my values. From an early age, I developed a love for music earning piano at six and later teaching myself guitar in college. Basketball quickly became my primary extracurricular passion, ultimately earning me a scholarship to Midwestern State University.
After law school, I returned to Dallas to join a boutique trial law firm focused on holding corporations accountable for harmful and defective products. Over time, I realized I had a unique vision for how to serve our community more effectively leading me to found The Button Law Firm. Since then, I’ve dedicated my practice to representing individuals wronged by negligence, including victims of daycare abuse, trucking accidents, and other serious personal injuries. To date, I have tried 21 jury trials, with many more on the docket.
Outside the courtroom, I prioritize balance and perspective through sports, fitness, travel, camping, hunting, fishing, and quality time with loved ones including my rescue dog, Chuie. These experiences continually inform my approach to advocacy and client care.
