Smile Ballard is a family and comprehensive dental practice founded in 2014 by Dr. Dominick Curalli, DDS, at 5350 Tallman Avenue NW, Suite 410, just off NW Market Street in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Dr. Curalli earned his dental degree from the University of Washington in 2005, then served four years as a U.S. Army dentist, including an Advanced General Dentistry residency, and he has been named a Seattle Met Top Dentist. He is joined by Dr. Katherine Allen, DMD, whose interests include restorative and esthetic cases and who speaks fluent Spanish. The office provides cleanings, root canals, sedation, laser therapy, emergency visits, fillings, dental implants and CEREC same-day crowns.
