Rogers Park Family Medicine is the private family practice of Dr. James Clancy, MD, at 2306 W. Touhy Avenue on Chicago’s North Side. Dr. Clancy opened the practice in 2006 after graduating from the UIC College of Medicine and completing his residency at St. Joseph Hospital/Northwestern in Chicago, and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
