Positive Technology is an owner-run IT company at 1000 Cypress Creek Parkway, Suite 201C, in North Houston, just off Highway 45. It began in 2018 as a computer repair shop and grew into a managed service provider for small businesses, from two-person offices to companies of about 50 users. Owner Darren scopes every plan personally, and the same technicians who repair hardware on the in-house bench also monitor client networks. Managed plans are a flat price per user and cover remote monitoring, after-hours patching, endpoint protection, tested backups, a business-hours helpdesk, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, and network, Wi-Fi and firewall management. On-demand support and projects such as office setups, cabling and server migrations are also available.
