Paradigm Family Health is a physician-owned direct primary care practice in the Lakewood neighborhood of East Dallas, founded in 2017 by Dr. Anastasia “Staci” Benson, DO, a board-certified family physician who completed her residency at Methodist Charlton. She is joined by Dr. Ruth Musick, Dr. Nidhi Patel and rheumatologist Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz. Instead of billing insurance, the practice offers a monthly membership for individuals, families and employers, and keeps each physician’s panel to about 600 patients so visits can run 45 minutes. Members get same-day appointments, round-the-clock access to their physician by phone, text or video, in-office procedures, rapid tests, and discounted labs and imaging. Paradigm also provides a physician-led weight loss program, rheumatology care, employer vaccine clinics, and med-aesthetic services such as Botox and SkinPen microneedling from its office in Lakewood Towers on Gaston Avenue.
