Raised in Houston, Dr. Baines earned his biology degree at Rice University and his DDS at the University of Texas Dental Branch, completed a general practice residency at Hermann Hospital, and has been in private practice since 1988. He became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1993.
