Adelphos Direct Care is an independent, physician-owned direct primary care practice at 2418 E. York Street in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. It is led by Dr. Bryan Botti, who is board certified in family medicine, sports medicine and lifestyle medicine. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers in-person and virtual visits, direct phone and message access to the doctor, lifestyle medicine coaching, specialist referrals and discounted labs, imaging and medications. Sports medicine consults are also available to non-members. In the office, Dr. Botti performs ultrasound-guided joint, tendon and carpal tunnel injections, PRP injections, trigger point injections and dry needling, as well as skin biopsies, wart and lesion removal, EKGs, Pap smears and laceration repair. He completed his family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and places a particular focus on caring for the LGBTQ+ community.
